8:00-8:15 Staff and camp introduction & warm-up 

8:15-9:15 Motion Workshop and or sideline cheerleading 

9:15-10:15 Jump technique 

10:15-11:15 band dance 

11:15-12:15 Stunting technique and stunting basics 

12:15- 1:30 Break for Lunch 

1:30- 2:15 Tumbling 

2:15-3:00 Stunting-the new stuff 

3:00-3:45 Order Pyramid- start putting one together 

3:45-4:00 Cool down stretch and games. 

Saturday

8:00-8:15 Staff and camp introduction & warm-up

9:15-10:15 Jump technique 

10:15-11:15 band dance 

11:15-12:15 Stunting technique and stunting basics 

12:15- 1:30 Break for Lunch 

1:30- 2:15 Tumbling 

2:15-3:00 Stunting-the new stuff 

3:00-3:45 Order Pyramid 

3:45-4:00 Cool down stretch and games. 

Sunday

9:00-9:15 Warm up and stretch 

9:15-10:15 Stunting class separated by teams 

10:15-11:15 Sideline incorp. with stunts and signs 

11:15-12:15 Pyramids 

12:15-1:15 Lunch break 

1:15-2:30 Basic tumbling 

2:30-3:30 Elective time with teams, whatever coaches wants 

3:30-3:45 Show and tell with the teams 

3:45-4:00 Staff skills demonstration, Cool down stretch and pictures
